ABOUT THE ARTIST

Born in Sandakan, Sabah, Kenji Chai is a self-made artist whose journey began with simple doodles in school textbooks. After studying graphic design in Kuala Lumpur, Kenji carved his path in the graffiti scene—defying convention and following his passion.


Now one of Malaysia’s most recognizable street artists, Kenji brings his alter ego Chaigo the Stray to life as a symbol of survival, freedom, and creativity.
